Goes in small
Insert the device ~1 cm into the tip of the urethra with a drop of topical lubricant. The device is sterile — just wash your hands thoroughly first.

The problem
Diapers, clamps, and external catheters are uncomfortable, embarrassing, and cumbersome.
Our solution
We are developing a non-surgical option designed around the needs of men living with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
The innovation
Our device is tiny — smaller than a Tic Tac®. Insert it painlessly about 1 cm into the tip of the urethra, where it then gently expands to prevent leaks until you're ready to void.

Insert the device ~1 cm into the tip of the urethra with a drop of topical lubricant. The device is sterile — just wash your hands thoroughly first.

The outer capsule dissolves within minutes, allowing the soft interior to gently expand to prevent leaks. Once inserted, you'll forget about it.

Once you feel to urge to void, simply squeeze gently to compress the device, then remove it using the durable string. Dispose of the used device and urinate like normal.
Our plan is to establish preliminary safety and usability of the device in men with SUI
IMPACT
Millions of adults rely on disposable diapers and pads every day, generating tons of single-use waste that piles up in landfills. In OECD countries, this amounts to 5% of municipal waste by weight — a larger waste stream than infant diapers. Each discarded diaper takes centuries to break down, and the volume only grows as populations age.
Our tiny device is designed to replace bulky diapers and pads with only a fraction of the material weight. Not only is disposal discreet, but it also significantly reduces what ends up in landfills.
